Celebrities With Famous Parents: Did The Kids Steal The Spotlight? old version

The next generation of celebrities might just out-do their famous parents. Keep an eye out on the stars of tomorrow, today! How many do you already know?

Kelsey Grammer & Spencer Grammer

It really seems like quite the life to be the child of a Hollywood star. Spencer Grammer went to work with famous father Kelsey and made her debut on Cheers as a toddler. Not a bad life start if that's the first line on your resume!

Spencer has actually built a huge fan base while voicing Summer on the quirky Rick & Morty cartoon series. She was also part of the Greek main cast. Numerous guest appearances mean you are bound to recognize her from somewhere! But so far, father and daughter have not crossed paths on screen at the same time.

Reese Witherspoon & Ava Phillippe

The first thing that comes to mind when you see Ava Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon together, is "Bend and snap!". If it isn't, go watch Legally Blonde. While you're at it, watch Sweet Home Alabama too. Ava hasn't really followed in her mother's footsteps at all. The 17-year-old doesn’t have any modeling or acting career as of yet, which is surprising.

Reese's career started when she was 7, modeling for a series of florist ads and winning first place in the Ten-State Talent Fair when she was only eleven. If Ava ever auditions, we think she will have great motherly advice in the industry!

Jude Law & Rafferty Law

Sadie Frost and Jude Law's son was always destined to be talented. For starters, he already has a prominent modeling career with Timberland, Dolce & Gabbana and other leading brands. Unlike his parents, Rafferty has no intention of starting an acting career.

Still, this didn't stop him from acting alongside his father in Repo Men in 2010. He tells everyone he can that his real focus is music, and apparently the youngster plays guitar, bass, piano, and drums. Ladies, watch out! Historically, this is the heartbreaking breed.

Ice Cube & O’Shea Jackson Jr.

Some stars make controversy their pure brand. Ice Cube is certainly one of them! And honestly, we understand if some people would feel nervous bumping into him in a dark alley. But as tough as Ice Cube is on the outside, he has his soft spots. Son O'Shea Jackson Jr. is one of them!

It took a NSFW album that offended almost everyone to become a household name, but O'Shea didn’t need to take this path. His father already paved the way 20 years ago! This father-son duo are so similar that O'Shea portrayed a young Ive Cube in Straight out of Compton. That's one way to ensure your son knows and respects your legacy, isn't it?

Christie Brinkley & Sailor Cook

Three-time consecutive Sports Illustrated cover girl Christie Brinkley has made a successful living off her talent. And now, it seems that she has spawned a daughter to carry the torch!

Sailor Brinkley also appeared on Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition in 2017, and no one was complaining! It will be interesting to see where the young Brinkley takes her career going forward. In the age of Instagram, modeling has changed a lot! There's no way their paths will be the same, but they do look alike!

Martin & Charlie Sheen

No apple in Hollywood has stayed as close to the tree as Charlie Sheen has to his father. Martin Sheen appears to be one of Hollywood's worst bad boys ever, with over 60 arrests for felonies and misdemeanors. But honestly, this was a while back. Since then, Martin played a respectable president of the United States for 6 seasons. Charlie is also showing positive signs of rehabilitation!

Let's look at a few common career moves between father and son. It seems they both do well in military scenarios onscreen: Martin was in the cult-classic Apocalypse Now, and Charlie was featured in the iconic Platoon. The two have also worked on more than 10 movies together!

Despite all of Charlie's erratic behavior after being sacked from Two And a Half Men, Martin has stuck by his son's side and helped in his recovery. All the best, Sheens!

Gwyneth Paltrow & Apple Martin

OMG! Gwyneth Paltrow created a mini-me of herself! Actually, it's just her daughter Apple. If she becomes a star, she'll be the third generation in the Blyth / Paltrow dynasty.

Gwyneth is famous for her roles in Revolving Doors and Shallow Hal. Apple, meanwhile, made an appearance on VH1 as an adorable baby. Yes, that was a long time ago! It seems Apple has grown into a lovely young woman, and she actually looks a lot like her mom!

Jerry Hall & Georgia May Jagger

Only 25, Georgia is following her mother's footsteps as one of the busiest models in the fashion industry. She has modeled for Hudson Jeans, Chanel, H&M, Miu Miu, Versace, and Vivienne Westwood. Whew! The list goes on and on.

In 2012, Georgia was 20 years old. She joined Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, and Lily Donaldson in the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony as representatives of English Fashion. And that isn't where this upstart stops. The young brit also designed collections with Volcom and Mulberry. Mom must be proud!

Brad Pitt & Shiloh Jolie Pitt

Brangelina came into our lives by storm and then fell apart, to everyone's surprise! But whenever Angelina looks at little Shiloh, she's going to have to blink to make sure Brad didn't suddenly materialize before her eyes.

Her clothing style is considered rather tomboyish, at the age of eleven! To honor this adorable tomboy, Brad and Angie founded the Shiloh Jolie-Pitt foundation benefiting the Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary. Fun fact: One resident cheetah is named after her!

Uma Thurman & Maya Thurman-Hawke

Uma Thurman is another mother who kept her family tucked away and hidden from the media. In fact, until she started making her first steps as an actor, no one really knew Uma had a daughter! Now though, Maya Thurman-Hawke is an aspiring actress as well.

One of the reasons we haven't really heard of her until now is because she grew up on the east coast far away from Hollywood and the paparazzi. Thank goodness! Now at the age of 19, she's tucked a couple of modeling campaigns under her belt. Dashing from one audition to another in addition to her studies cannot be easy!

Marcheline Bertrand & Angelina Jolie

Angelina takes after her late mother in so many ways. It's almost as if Marcheline Bertrand has been re-incarnated in Angie! Marcheline was a model and actor, just like her now famous daughter. But there are many things people have not read about the late matriarch.

Following her relationship with musician and activist John Trudell, Marcheline became more active in the Native American communities. At one point, she seemed to believe she was from the Iroquois tribe, but this has largely been disproved.

There was one thing regarding her family line that she did not know, however. Marcheline died in 2007 after a long battle with ovarian cancer, similar to her own mother. Angelina had a serious decision to make. After learning she had an 87% genetic risk of developing breast cancer, she actually underwent a preventative double mastectomy. Many Cancer Awareness groups applauded her for being so open and public about it, raising awareness for pre-testing and prevention procedures. Way to go, Angie!

Jennifer Garner & Violet Affleck

Jennifer Garner has certainly evolved a lot since her debut in show business. From the girl next door to a powerful woman, she has made the most of the 22 years she's been in the industry. But her three children Violet, Seraphina and Samuel are her biggest success.

Jennifer and husband Ben Affleck went to the Caribbean together with the kids amid very public cheating rumors. Sadly, they did divorce in 2018. Whispers had been following Ben, especially the idea that he started seeing his current dating partner while he and Jen were married. Yikes!

In the meantime, the former lovers seem to be successfully co-parenting the kids. Violet has already grown past her 5 foot 8 inch mother, and she has made a few Hollywood appearances. Even in Argo, with dad!

Kim Basinger & Ireland Baldwin

Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin's daughter is now all grown up! Ireland is her name, and the mother-daughter pair seem to have a strong bond after Kim's ugly and public divorce from Alec.

Alec has released a memoir, and says he acknowledges the damage it probably did to their daughter. Despite this childhood turmoil, Ireland started a modeling career in 2013. She also appeared in the film Grudge alongside her mother as Kim's character's younger self! In a way, she is.

Donald & Kiefer Sutherland

For a short period of time, Donald's career was actually eclipsed by Kiefer. True, Donald was inaugurated to Canada's walk of fame before Kiefer, but Kiefer beat Donald to the Hollywood Walk of Fame by 3 years. Oh, the competition! Not to worry though, both are considered stars in their own right. Perhaps Donald still enjoys a higher status due to his age and experience?

The two have acted alongside each other in three movies: Max Dugan Returns, A Time to Kill and Forsaken. If you haven't seen Forsaken, you're in for a real Sutherland treat. The duo unveiled a new side of of their acting skill sets, probably due to their natural intimacy and communication.

Tish & Miley Cyrus

With both parents in the entertainment industry, it's no wonder Miley's career started at a very young age. If you aren't aware, Billy Ray Cyrus is her dad!

Miley has finally followed in her father's footsteps as a singer, despite originally focusing on an acting career. She underwent a massive makeover to achieve this, transforming from the good girl next door to world-renowned wild child. And luckily, the fans have stuck with her all the while. Way to go, Miley!

Teresa & Gia Giudice

Teresa Guidice was the only member of The Real Housewives of New Jersey that remained a main character for all 7 seasons. Then, she went to jail for 11 months! What happened, Teresa? It appears she is now suing her bankruptcy lawyer, which proves that sometimes life does imitate art. In this case, reality TV.

Her daughter Gia recently turned 16 and took the sacrament of Confirmation in the Roman Catholic community. The event was marked by a lavish party that Teresa threw in her daughter's honor. Now that Gia is becoming an adult, you can really see the resemblance between parent and child!

Vanessa Paradis & Lily-Rose Depp

Some parents like taking their kids to work, and daddy Johnny took Lily-Rose to play a small role alongside him in Kevin Smith's Tusk back in 2014. A year later, she became a Chanel ambassador and rejoined her father and Kevin Smith in 2016's Yoga Hosers.

Her mother Vanessa Paradis made her first breakthrough with "Jo Le Taxi" at almost the same age that Lily-Rose made her cinematic debut. Lily is a tough young woman, battling and beating anorexia while continuing to work! Music has already made it onto her resume, joining her mother on the album "Bliss". Lily also appears in Rejje Smith's music video for "All Around the World". Not bad, so far!

Madonna & Lourdes Leon

Lourdes, Madonna's firstborn with Carlos Leon, fulfilled her mother's dreams more than she expected. Born in 1996, Madonna was pregnant with Lourdes during the filming of Evita. At 38, she gave birth to her beloved daughter.

Lourdes (Lola) is mainly known for her music, but she also founded a new fashion line with her mother: "Material Girl". Nice name, ladies! In her spare time, Lourdes models for Stella McCartney.

Natalie Portman & Aleph

Baby Aleph is now 8-years-old, and Natalie brought him to the Staples Center to watch LeBron James' play for the third time with the Los Angeles Lakers. His team lost, but he did get points and 14 assists. Is Aleph more interested in sports, perhaps?

For now, it's hard to say. But dad Benjamin spoke about raising his kids around the arts in a recent interview: "I want the world to be a world with the performing arts—a future where we're not distracted by technology and the information overdose, but a world where we feel real things and see real people. That's a better way to lead life...that's all I hope for them—that they'll grow up in a world with the arts. What they want to do to take part in the world is up to them."

Damon Wayans & Damon Jr.

Damon Jr. was certainly born into the right family. It may come as a surprise to learn that Damon Sr. comes from a family that has no less than 19 members in showbiz! Literally, every one of Damon Sr.'s siblings is in the industry. Damon himself has fathered four kids that have all grown up to be actors and actresses. But Damon Jr. is special.

Not only is Jr. the firstborn, but he has the most prominent career in the clan. What a family business! It's hard to think of another example with so many members involved in the same field, right?

Lionel & Sofia Richie

Sophie Richie has become the most talked about of the Richie family these days. The model and daughter of world-famous singer Lionel Richie, is notoriously dating Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick.

This tabloid story has brought her into the spotlight, but she seems to have good guidance from her famous father. Lionel was initially worried about the 16 years age gap between the two, but he has decided he is happy with how Scott treats her. Clearly a daddy’s girl, his opinion is important to Sofia.

Kanye & North West

When your parents give you a name like North West, people will expect you to be badass. And when your parents are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, learning the traits are easy. Look at her mimic her dad's tough expression without flinching!

But Kanye is more than just a badass, he's first and foremost a talented musician. North West is already following his footsteps. How, you ask? The three-year-old has been featured on a Facebook live feed playing the intro to her father's hit "Runaway". Nice, baby North!

Kate Moss & Lila Grace Moss

Like mother like daughter. You can expect no less from a model that redefined fashion that her daughter follows in her footsteps. Vogue magazine cover? Done! And now Lila Moss has landed her first gig for "The Braid Bar" at the age of only 14!

We all remember that Kate herself was discovered by Storm Models founder Sarah Doukas at JFK. She brought us the term "Heroin Chic" because of her figure and style, but will her daughter break out of that mold? Lila is growing as a model, and we're keeping our eye on her!

Mike Tyson & Miguel Tyson

Mike Tyson was to this day, the youngest man ever to be the world heavyweight boxing champion. At the age of 20, "Iron" Mike knew that in a fair fight in the ring, he could take anyone down with a knock out. His personal life has been a little bit more chaotic, though.

Son Miguel is shy of the limelight and his mother's name is still anonymous to the media. It isn't clear if Mike is trying to coach him not to make the same mistakes he made. Hopefully, time has brought him some good fatherly wisdom!

Britney Spears, Sean & Jayden James Federline

We've all watched Britney Spears' life unfold, fall apart, and then come back together in the past twenty years. The pop star has been a major point of public interest and there isn't an aspect of her life that hasn't been exposed. Still, against all odds, Britney is still around. And she is still looking very good, still touring and still recording hits!

Her critics have raved for a long time how unfit she is to be a mother, but Britney proved them all wrong and has two happy boys that appear to live life to the fullest.

It's really sad that the singer's children were used against her by people who wanted to see her ruined rather than succeed! Britney is really one of our all-time favorites, and we can't wait to see what she comes out with next.

Tom & Colin Hanks

How does Tom Hanks do it? Colin's dad is one of the biggest actors in our generation with unforgettable roles in Forest Gump, Apollo 12 and Sleepless in Seattle. That's probably why Colin isn't trying to follow his footsteps too directly. It seems he would rather pave his own road!

He had a minuscule role on The O.C. but more substantial roles in Band of Brothers, Roswell, Dexter and more. For his role in Fargo, Colin was nominated for Critics' Choice Television Award and Primetime Emmy Award. Tom has a few Oscar's under his belt, but will Colin soon get his?

Nicole & Harlow Richie

Nicole came to fame together with Paris Hilton in "The Simple Life" learning how to be humble by trying to do things regular people do. The two had a riff in 2005 and reconciled in 2006 but never exposed the reason for it.

Harlow was born in 2008 after Nicole married Joel Madden and relocated to Australia due to Madden's commitments to The Voice. Fun Fact: In 2008, Harlow's first pictures were sold to People magazine for a reported one million dollars. It's safe to say that Harlow already has her college tuition finances in order!

Tracee Ellis & Diana Ross

Diana Ross is up there with Oprah Winfrey, Naomi Campbell and other African Americans who broke the glass ceiling for women of this group. Starting her career with The Supremes in 1959, she went on to become an anchor in American musical culture.

Daughter Tracee picked up where her mother left off as an actress, comedian, musician, and model. Perhaps you have seen her in Black-ish

In 2016, Tracee was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series — the first African-American woman nominated in that category in 30 years. Way to go, Ross clan!

Jay Z & Blue Ivy Carter

Jay-Z and Beyonce's firstborn now has new twin siblings, but nothing can steal this little heartbreakers' thunder. Now kindergarten age, Blue Ivy is already commanding the stage! She and her father presented Beyonce with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the MTV VMAs.

The little angel has been the apple of her parents' eyes, even featured in a song called "Blue" that Beyonce wrote. She also appears in Jay-Z's lyrics in his new album 4.44!v It's still quite early, but Blue Ivy has dipped her first toe in the showbiz waters.

Salma Hayek & Valentina Pinault

Ahh, Salma Hayek. Would you believe the talented Mexican star is already 50? She came into our lives in 1995, though she was already a star in her homeland long before. In 2002, she proudly led the cast in Frida portraying the famous Frida Kahlo.

Hayek had Valentina Paloma Pinault when she was 41 and was prepared to quit showbiz to be with her. But her billionaire husband François-Henri Pinault encouraged her to get back to work! He told her that he hasn't had enough of her on the big screen. She has since appeared in over 20 projects, but says that she is never away for more than two weeks from family. Work life balance is key, according to Salma!

Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner

Kimmy K learned to strut her stuff somewhere, and that somewhere was at home from her mother Kris Jenner. The two clearly crave attention and welcome media controversy. In fact, they seem to feast on it! While Kim rose to fame via leaked sex tape, it is rumored that it was actually Kris who leaked it.

And Kim isn't the only Kardashian to have her sex tape leaked. Her sister Khloe and brother Rob were also involved in similar separate stories. Still, Kim was the first. And she is still our all-time Kardashian favorite!

Kate Beckinsale & Lily Mo Sheen

Remember the little girl in Click? that’s right! That was Lily Mo Sheen. She also appeared in Everybody's Fine with Robert De Niro and Underworld: Evolution as a younger version of her mother. Despite her parent's break up at only eight years old, the family is still close.

Lily recently finished high school and proud Kate flooded her Instagram with Lily's prom pictures. Many remarked that she already looks ready for the red carpet! Now in college. we will have to wait and see if she follows her mother's path for the long term.

Gigi & Yolanda Hadid

Acting, modeling, and music are probably to some extent a genetic trait. No two are a better example than Yolanda and Gigi Hadid. Yolanda, a former model and current TV personality, married and had Gigi at the ripe age of 31 with her (then) husband, Mohamad Hadid.

Gigi signed her first modeling contract when she was only two after being discovered by Guess and was Baby Guess's presenter. She returned to Guess when she was 17 and did three campaigns as an adult. Like mother, like daughter! Additionally, Yolanda and Gigi both report having chronic diseases they struggle to keep in check. Tough, beautiful women!

Heather & Ava Locklear

Golden Globe winner and Melrose Place star Heather Locklear is clearly one of our all-time favorite actresses. Heather likes musicians and had a relationship with Tommy Lee from Motley Crue. Then, she and Bon Jovi lead guitar player Richie Sambora had Ava.

Ava is anything but camera shy, already landing a number of modeling deals. She's had a couple of Hollywood stints and a YouTube reality series. Mommy is very proud of her daughter!

Melanie Griffith & Dakota Johnson

Dakota came to everyone's mind when she starred in the 50 Shades of Grey film trilogy. She's certainly one talented actress! In addition to her acting career, Dakota has flirted with modeling and has had a contract with IMG since 2006.

Melanie was a film, stage, and TV actress, before becoming a film producer. She began all of this in the 1970s, and probably has a lot of tales to tell about the industry. If Dakota needs any advice, she knows right where to go for the inside scoop!

Demi Moore & Rumer Willis

A long time ago, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore were the Hollywood power couple. Those days are long gone, but as a reminder, they left the world with Rumer Willis. And aren't we glad for that!

Proving her talent, she took Dancing With the Stars by storm in 2015. Then, Rumer made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago. Just so you know, she has collaborated with her father in two films so far: The Whole Nine Yards in 2000 and Hostage in 2005. Keeping busy, Rumer!

Cindy Crawford & Kaia Gerber

Cindy Crawford was once the definition of supermodel. The legendary face was one of the first five supermodels in history, paving the road for others to follow. Her daughter Kaia was born in 2002, and she is already a model for IMG! You may recognize her as the new face of Marc Jacobs's Daisy perfume.

Any model would die to have Cindy as a career coach, and Kaia isn't shy about asking her mother for advice. Cindy calls her during shoots to make sure she eats properly, so it seems like she is pretty involved. Sharing the same career has naturally made the two even closer than they already were!

Clint & Scott Eastwood

Clint Eastwood snuck into a Hollywood studio in 1953, and he did make a good impression enough impression to get a starting gig. His acting wasn't quite up to par, and it was suggested to him that he attend drama classes and accept a $100-per-week contract. He spent the next three years doing minuscule roles and barely earning money at all! That all changed with his big break in Rawhide and the Spaghetti Westerns.

Scott on the other hand, was turned down by his father in an audition! Maybe it was tough love and maybe it was because he was using his mother's maiden name to avoid nepotism – and we certainly respect him for that! His acting career eventually took off with parts in Fury and Suicide Squad. And he even got a small part in Clint's Gran Torino.

Zoe Kravitz & Lisa Bonet

Lisa Bonet was mainly known as Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show. While many think she is totally talented, she hasn't been able to rekindle that kind of success since the end of the show. She married Lenny Kravitz when she was 20, and but the two divorced in 1993 due to Lenny's infidelity.

Zoe is their only daughter, but it looks like she got the best of both worlds. At the age of 28, she has already been in X-Men: First Class, a few modeling stints, and formed a band! Have you heard Lolawolf yet? Yes, indeed that is the lil' Kravitz.

Halle Berry & Nahla

Halle Berry is the first and only Afro-American actress to ever win the Best Actress Academy Award. And to think that Halle was literally homeless before her career took off! Things have absolutely improved career-wise. But sadly, her love life has always been near the pits. Berry has been married three times so far!

Halle had had kids with former life partner and Canadian model Gabriel Audry and her last husband, Oliver Martinez. Older child Nahla is now 9, but Halle is doing best to shelter from the media and the public eye.

John & Jason Ritter

John Ritter is a great story with a very sad ending. Lucky for us, Jason Ritter follows in his father's footsteps. John died of a heart attack in 2003. He was misdiagnosed in the hospital with an aortic disorder and died on the operating table only 6 days shy of his 55 birthday.

Jason has already gained fame in NBC's Parenthood and The Gospel of Kevin on ABC. While father John is not here to see it, we all know he would be proud!

Katie Holmes & Suri Cruise

Katie made Tom Cruise jump up and down on Oprah's couch. Then, they had Suri together. And then, they divorced! What is Suri up yo these fays, anyway?

Katie is known for being a loving mother to her daughter, who is now a tween. She has kept some of her red carpet gowns for the young girl, which could be very fun at future prom! Her career has shifted from acting to directing to maintain a stable environment for her daughter. Smart move, Katie!

Meryl, Mamie, Grace, & Louisa Streep

Meryl Streep is one of Hollywood's biggest ever stars and a true diva. Fun fact: she has more Academy Award nominations than any other actress. A tough act to follow! Like other celeb kids, her daughter Mamie Gummer starred together with Meryl in Ricki and the Flash.

Louisa Gummer is a model and did a couple of campaigns for Dior. She was on the cover of Vanity Fair and Glamour, as well. Third daughter Grace Gummer co-stars in Mr. Robot. Looks like Meryl had enough talent to pass on to all three daughters!

Susan Sarandon & Eva Amurri

Susan Sarandon is a Hollywood activist these days. But no one can forget that she starred in iconic films like The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Thelma and Louise and endless others. The list of awards in her cabinet is almost as lengthy, including an Academy Award for Dead Man Walking!

Eva Amurri, on the other hand, is a star on the rise. She played alongside her mother in the box office failure That's My Boy and she guest-starred with her mom on Friends! The episode included Susan slapping Eva. What Susan perhaps didn't do as a mother, she finally had the chance to do as an actress.

Sir Paul & James McCartney

Both are musicians, both loved Linda McCartney. But while his sister Stella has had a serious career as a fashion designer, James has struggled as a musician and plays under an alias.

He says that it's because his dad left huge shoes to fill. And we can understand that! James is really a man of his own, and he says he is into veganism and transcendental meditation these days. He claims a 30 minute session is equivalent to hours of sleep!

Alan & Robin Thicke

Except for the humor, Robin Thicke hasn't really take after his actor father. Still, the forty-year-old musician is as handsome as dear dad was back in the day!

Alan Thicke was actually everybody's father after playing Jason Seaver in Growing Pains. Sadly, he passed away from a type-A aortic dissection.

The Growing Pains cast reunited at his funeral for the first time since the show was pulled off the air. His son Robin gave a humorous remembrance carrying on his father's legacy as a host and comedian. We miss you, Alan!

Beyonce & Tina Knowles

Since children are a map of their parents, there could be no Beyonce without Tina. Tina was on the verge of becoming a Hollywood makeup artist when she had to return home to care for her parents with deteriorating health. It took her 17 years to open her own salon in Houston, which of course became the best in town.

Remember the Destiny's Child outfits or Beyonce's dress at the 2009 Academy Awards? Or maybe the dress Solange wore to the 2017 Grammys? That was all Tina's doing! In 2002, she even wrote a book: Destiny's Style: Bootylicious Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle Secrets From Destiny's Child. Fashion simply runs in this family!

Karen & Abbey Clancy

Abbey isn't just a model. She's also a TV presenter, reality show star, and author. What's more, she used to have a girl band and she's only 31. Did we mention that she has two kids as well? A serious go-getter!

After giving birth to her firstborn, Abbey got back into shape in record time and claimed that she has her mother's genes to thank for it. She insists that her 54 year old mom hasn't had work done, either. She says Karen "looks like she could be my sister. She's a goddess." We really do agree!

Heidi Klum & Helene

When your mother is Heidi Klum and Seal is your father, you are basically expected to have a natural talent for style. So when you see Helene walking a dog with a bandana, you can tell she is already interested in fashion.

43-year old supermodel Heidi Klum shares four kids with Seal, but Helene is actually Flavio Briatore daughter. Seal adopted her, though this new nuclear family eventually split. Undoubtedly, this is an interesting family to grow up around!

Blythe Danner & Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow is also Blythe Danner's and Bruce Paltrow's daughter. When you think about it, it's a Paltrow dynasty! Blythe was as charming and talented as Gwyneth turned out to be. Danner's career started on stage rather than on screen, but her talent and glow quickly expanded her opportunities.

These days, Gwyneth has expanded her work to the globally renowned Goop lifestyle brand, sharing her fashion and wellness choices with us. We haven't seen her in a serious role for a while, but we expect her to blow us away in Spiderman: Homecoming soon!

Alice Richards & Tina Fey

That's Alice Zenobia Richards, Tina Fey’s eldest daughter. Did you know that Alice played young Liz Lemon on 30 Rock? She was also on an American Express ad and had a background role in The Little Stranger Inc.

Tina talked about her parenting style with Jimmy Fallon: "You just want them to be fun, nerdy, and weird for as long as possible. I think we're holding down the nerd fort pretty well." Weird is all relative, Tina! Will Alice keep up the family quirk?

Phil Collins & Lily Collins

Lily got her first role in TV on Growing Pains. When Phil Collins is your father, the right people always seem to be around. But Lily really doesn't need Phil's help. As a toddler, she moved from England to LA, and was already writing for Seventeen magazine, Teen Vogue, and The Los Angeles Times by the time she was in high school!

Lily studied broadcast journalism at the University of Southern California and has appeared in various films in small roles. If you are about to watch the fantastic film Okja, look out for Red. That's Lily in 2017!

Chad & Steven R. McQueen

Steven R. McQueen has been given big shoes to fill. His father is Chad McQueen, and his grandfather is the late and legendary Steve McQueen — one of Hollywood's biggest stars ever! And Steve is named after him.

Steve isn't about to let that deter him, and has already proven his worth in The Vampire Diaries and Chicago FireWhen he's not in front of the camera, Steve enjoys a variety of hobbies: video games, martial arts, ice hockey, kickboxing, and horseback riding. Even if he's no longer a firefighter, he's still one of the finest!

John & Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Anniston was able to nicely avoid being part of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's drama. The Friends alum has had probably the most successful career of the lot since the show was taken off the air. She's starred in a variety of romantic comedies, and she isn't done yet.

Born into the biz, Anniston's parents were also actors — John Aniston and Nancy Dow. And her godfather was none other than the legendary Telly Savalas, best known for his bald head and his role as Kojak. With a house like this, it's no wonder Jennifer was inspired!

Chris & Abby Elliott

Give enough people enough time, and dynasties will rise. If there is one family of stars that has ruled SNL, it's the Elliot family. Bob Elliott was a cast-member in 1978, Chris Elliot was a cast member for two years in the nineties, and Abbey was a cast member for four years.

Almost every kid on this list got a spot on one of their parent's productions. Chris did it the other way around, and cast his father Bob in an episode of his sitcom! Like son, like father?

Quincy Jones, Rashida Jones & Peggy Lipton

Quincy Jones and Peggy Lipton are the biological parents of Rashida Jones. We all know Rashida has had a great acting career, and Quincy is celebrated in music. What a clan! Peggy Lipton has made an appearance playing the mother of one of Rashida's characters, and Quincy might be a guest in the future.

But how did Rashida get into acting, anyway? She is no less than a Harvard graduate, originally wanting to become a lawyer. Apparently, the outcome of the OJ Simpson trial left her disillusioned, and she turned to the performing arts!

Sarah Jessica Parker & James Wilkie Broderick

Attention SATC fans! Remember Sarah Jessica Parker in season 5? Well, the kid from that pregnancy is now 14 years old. Fun fact: Sarah Jessica has taken the last day of school picture of him every year and posts it on Instagram! He is going to have a really high tech family album one day, that's for sure.

In comparison to other stars, Sarah Jessica is rather scarce with details about her children and her private life. Little James is now in high school, and we wish him the best!

James Marsden & Jack Marsden

Jack Marsden is a name to remember. Not only does he take his father's talent, but he's also making his first steps in showbiz. He was already on E! Live from the Red Carpet during the 2017 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

James isn't doing so bad himself these days with his role in the hit series Westworld. Before the series, Jason co-starred along Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart and many others in the X-Men series. So with one Marsden enjoying a comeback and the other on the rise, Marsden is the name to remember.

Liv Freundlich & Julianne Moore

Thank God we still have Julianne Moore and her daughter Liv to add variety in Hollywood. Oddly enough, Liv is already taller than Julianne at the age of 15!

Liv made her cinematic debut acting alongside her mother in Trust The Man when she was only 3. It’s a good thing her father Bart Freundlich directed it and they were able to keep it all in the family.

Liv's next film was a small part in The Rebound, but this was an artistic and box office fiasco. Since then, she has focused on her studies and we expect to see more of her after she finishes high-school.

David & Brooklyn Beckham

David Beckham is one of the most famous footballers ever. The only title to elude him is the world cup. His wife, is Victoria from the Spice Girls.

Posh learned she was pregnant in New York and they decided there to call the baby boy Brooklyn. These days, he is already enjoying a modeling career and has done work for Pull & Bear, Dazed & Confused, Rollacoaster, Vogue Hommes International, and more!

Interestingly, he also landed a weekend job in a café in London. Don’t expect to see him on the football field wearing a team jersey at any point, though. He actually aspires to be a photographer and has already published his first book. Very impressive, Brooklyn!

Morgan & Megan Boyd

Just a few years ago this entire family was anonymous. Nobody knew who Morgan and Megan Boyd were — let alone their mother, Stephany. But in 2015, it all changed. An Instagram profile put up in their name by their mom started gaining followers. They were 4 years old at the time and got the attention of the internet.

Stephany started getting them into modeling gigs, and the rest is history. Since they became famous, their mother started gaining followers as well. She is now their manager and quite a celebrity in Philadelphia as a social activist.

Bette Middler & Sophie von Haselberg

Sophie Von Haselberg tried in every way to avoid following her mom's footsteps. She performed all her childhood, but went to college and studied sociology and East Asian Studies at Yale University.

She even went to work in an advertising agency in Shanghai. She tried to avoid being compared to the Emmy, Grammy, and Golden Globe award-winning Bette. Eventually, she realized she could run but she couldn't hide!

Sophie came to terms with being her mother's daughter in showbiz, went back to Yale to study acting. Diving into the industry, she saw roaring success. You might see her as Tanya Benson in House of Cards or on screen in Irrational Man. Bette must be so proud!

Andie MacDowell, Rainey & Margaret Qualley

All three are amazing. Mom Andie is famous for acting and modeling. Her two daughters have a great career in showbiz, too — Raney as a singer and actress, and Margaret as an actress.

We've seen Margaret on HBO's The Leftovers, and Rainey in several small acting parts. As a singer, we know her latest hits Me and Johnny Cash, Turn Me on Like the Radio, and Sweet Spot. Nice work, ladies!

Robin Wright & Dylan Penn

Robin has been with us since the early '80s, and seeing her with Dylan Penn reminds us that we love dad Sean Penn for so many reasons! Dylan is just the latest one.

Sean's daughter started modeling in 2016 for GAP and GQ. In 2014, she declined an offer to pose for Playboy. A tricky decision for many rising stars, isn't it? She has already acted alongside Kevin Spacey, but she says prefers to focus on her modeling career over the industry that made her dad famous. Apparently, she hasn't caught the acting bug the way so many celebrity children seem to these days.

Kristina Pimenova

Born in 2007, this Russian beauty already has a thriving model and acting career. Kristina is the daughter of former Russia footballer Ruslan Pimenov and Glikeriya Shirokova, a former model herself. Perhaps this industry experience is the reason she started her daughter modeling before the age of four! In 2015, she appeared on the cover of Vogue Kids.

But is that all? No, she is also an award winning rhythmic gymnast! And in 2017, she made her Hollywood debut alongside Corbin Bernsen in The Russian Bride. Pretty impressive, Pimenovas!

Donna Karan & Gabby Karan

Donna is a famous fashion designer and renowned entrepreneur. Gabby, on the other hand, owns a small restaurant empire. Yum, nice idea! It turns out that Gabby enjoyed Italy so much while touring it with her husband that the couple decided to open the Tutor il Giorno in the Hamptons.

Donna started DKNY in 1989 as a line of cool and casual clothes aimed mainly towards her daughter. Why? She didn't want Gabby to take items from her closet! Today, we can imagine the pair wearing Donna's designs as they enjoy Italian in the family restaurant.

Jaden & Will Smith

Will is a hands-on father with his son Jaden. The pair showed off their chemsitry on screen in 2006 as father and son in The Pursuit of Happiness. They replicated the magic in After Earth later in 2014.

But their life together has been reported to be a little rocky, and Jaden sought emancipation!

At 15, the two made a pact. As soon as one of Jaden's films was bigger than his fathers, he could move out. While that absolutely hasn't happened, the two are probably doing better with time. We all know the teen years can be rough!

Most Beautiful

Every now and then a new “most beautiful girl in the world” is discovered on social media. This time, it’s 5-year-old Nigerian girl Jare! The photographer, Mofe, posted her pictures which flew across the web like wildfire.

Mofe then convinced Jare’s parents to open a social media account and to let Jare and her sisters do some modeling work. It has definitely changed their life for the better! Jare and her two sisters (7, 10) can be found on the Instagram page "J3 Sisters". In the meantime, her mom became famous in Nigeria helping the community and manages her little girl’s career as well!

Goldie Hawn & Kate Hudson

Kate is actually Goldie and Bill Hudson's daughter, though they divorced when she was just 18 months old. As Goldie's only daughter, the two are naturally very close. Kate still has issues with her biological father and considers Kurt Russel, Goldie's longtime life partner, to be her father.

Kate came to fame playing Penny Lane in Almost Famous. Then, a series of iconic comedies cemented her unique place in pop culture. We all loved How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days! Like mother, like daughter. Same brilliant talent, just a generation apart.

Freddie Mercury & Parents

It's obvious who the star really is in this picture. Freddie Farrokh Bulsara Mercury was born in 1946 in Zanzibar. His Persian parents were part of a Zoroastrianism community that fled to India when the Arab Muslim invasion of Persia occurred a few hundred years ago. Here, they are pictured together! Do you notice any resemblance?

The family originally moved to Zanzibar so father Mercury could work in a British office. When Freddie was a teenager, the family moved to England. At age 24, he formed Queen with guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor. The rest is history, but many fans are learning it for the first time in the 2018 film Bohemian Rhapsody. Actor Rami Malek won a best actor Oscar for for his role as Freddie!
