The daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke, Maya Ray Thurman Hawke, was born on July 8th, 1998. We may remember her as the bright-eyed little daughter of the acting powerhouse pair, but little Maya in fact recently celebrated her 21st birthday.
In classic celebrity-couple fashion, Maya's parents met on the set of a movie they both worked on - Gattaca. They married in May 1998, only a few months before Uma gave birth to her daughter. The pair split up three years later.

A Promising Career
Like her mother, and her grandmother before that, Maya has taken up modeling for Vogue magazine at the beginning of her career. She was even chosen for a video campaign for Calvin Klein in 2017.
But Maya's ambitions lie primarily with acting. In 2017, Hawke made her debut as the iconic character of Jo March in the BBC miniseries, Little Women. She since appeared in Netflix's Stranger Things, and more recently in the critically acclaimed Quentin Tarantino movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Billie Lourd
Legendary Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher and agent Bryan Lourd welcomed their daughter, Billie Catherine Lourd, into the world on July 17, 1992. Billie is therefore also the granddaughter of actress Debbie Reynolds and singer Eddie Fisher. Plenty of talent in the family.
As if that's not enough, Lourd's godmother is also none other than actress Meryl Streep. Clearly, her path to stardom has been paved from the start. But before delving into show business, she has taken on Psychology at New York University and graduated in 2014.
A Star Wars Prodigy
It's no surprise she followed in her mother's footsteps by acting on the Star Wars franchise. She played the role of Lieutenant Connix in The Force Awakens (2015). She was also cast in the horror-comedy series Scream Queens in 2015.
Most recently, Lourd starred on Olivia Wilde's film, Booksmart, a high school comedy released in 2019. We can't wait to see what this young actress will do next.
Lily-Rose Depp
It's no surprise the French-American Lily-Rose Depp, daughter of ultra-famous Johnny Depp and Venessa Paradis, went on to become a model and actress.
Lilly Rose-Depp has recently broken out into the spotlight, becoming a model just like her mother. Venessa is also known for her successful career as a singer, and in fact reached fame with her first hit single, Jo Le Taxi, which she released at the age of fourteen.
A Star In Her Own Right
At only 20 years old, Depp is already enjoying a successful acting and modeling career and was chosen by Karl Lagerfeld to represent Chanel as the brand ambassador when she was only 15 years old.
While the young actress's filmography list is steadily growing, she has already appeared on a number of critically acclaimed films, including Tusk, Yoga Hosers, Planetarium, The Dancer, A Faithful Man and more.
Harley Quinn Smith
On June 26, 1999, director Kevin Smith and actress Jennifer Schwalbach welcomed daughter Harley Quinn Smith into the world.
The now 20-year-old Smith has decided to pursue a career in acting and music, and so far she's doing quite well for herself. She has starred alongside fellow daughter-of-the-stars, Lilly Rose Depp, in the movies Tusk and Yoga Hosers.
She's In The Band
She is also a bass player and singer in the bubblegum punk band The Tenth. But she continues to pursue acting seriously and has recently had a small role in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
