MTV VMA's 2018 - Winners List

Uncategorized |

The MTV awards kicked off with a Cardi B performance, which was her first live performance after giving birth to her daughter Kulture. Cardi B was also the most nominated artist of the night. Even more than the Carters (Beyoncé and JAY-Z) who received "only eight." Drake also got eight, and Childish Gambino got seven.

Other performers that night were Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Post Malone, Travis Scott, Logic and Ryan Tedder, and Jennifer Lopez. By the way, Lopez was given the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. That's something to hang up on your wall!

The most enjoyable moment of the show, according to entertainment outlets, was Ja Rule who joined J Lo for the performance of “Ain’t It Funny.” Her performance exploded on stage making the night amazing.

Madonnas' tribute to Aretha Frankin was weird. Her clothes and speech were missed by the audience and online fans who criticized her for her tribute.
